Voice of Patient is a non-profitable social welfare organization that is counted as an exemption under section 80G & 12 A by the Income tax department. Voice of Patient focuses on changing the way people provide their views about a particular Healthcare Facilitator (Hospital, Doctor & Diagnostic centre) on the basis of various parameters like services, hospitality, billing etc. We believe this practice will bring in more transparency in the relation of a Healthcare Facilitator and the patient. Apart from transparency the platform will unveil the hidden side of these centre and bring it in the public limelight through social media and other means. This would help in creating a sense of insecurity and threat of reputation despair that will, in one way or the other, work towards the betterment of services offered.

Our mission is to eliminate the monopoly from the Healthcare facilitators, paid reviews, and review moderation features, help corporate hospitals control the information and feedback presented in front of the features. This helps them maintain a positive image in the market while going good with ill-practices.
