Voice of Patient is a non-profitable social welfare organization that is counted as an exemption under section 80G & 12 A by the Income tax department. Voice of Patient focuses on changing the way people provide their views about a particular Healthcare Facilitator (Hospital, Doctor & Diagnostic centre) on the basis of various parameters like services, hospitality, billing etc. We believe this practice will bring in more transparency in the relation of a Healthcare Facilitator and the patient. Apart from transparency the platform will unveil the hidden side of these centre and bring it in the public limelight through social media and other means. This would help in creating a sense of insecurity and threat of reputation despair that will, in one way or the other, work towards the betterment of services offered.
We work on a mechanism wherein we allow you to categorize best hospitals on the basis of your requirement and rating based on various factors like the services, quality and excellence, billing, cleanliness, value for money, etc. The feedbacks are presented in front of the other users of the platform without any alterations so that it helps others to seek treatment at the best healthcare facilitator.

Our mission is to eliminate the monopoly from the Healthcare facilitators, paid reviews, and review moderation features, help corporate hospitals control the information and feedback presented in front of the features.
